These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain how 9am Saint works — from placing an order to how we handle any issues.
We've written them clearly and fairly to protect both you and us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If anything here isn't clear, please get in touch — we're always happy to help.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Use of our website

You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
• Commit or encourage a criminal offence
• Upload viruses or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access
• Disrupt the operation of the website
• Use the website fraudulently
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

3.Eligibility

To place an order, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally capable of entering into a contract
 • Provide accurate and complete information
We sell to consumers only and do not permit resale without written agreement.

4. Product information & use

Our products are food supplements.
They are:
• Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle
 • Intended for children aged 4–16 years unless otherwise stated
You must:
• Follow all instructions on the packaging
• Not exceed one serving per day unless advised by a healthcare professional
• Store products as directed
• Check ingredients before use
If your child has a medical condition, allergies, or takes medication, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
We do not provide medical advice.

5. Allergens & manufacturing

Our products do not contain dairy, egg, soy, peanuts, or tree nuts as ingredients.
However, they are manufactured in a facility that also handles:
  • Peanuts, tree nuts, milk, sesame seeds, celery, soya, fish, molluscs, and crustaceans.
Strict procedures are followed, but we cannot guarantee that trace amounts are never present.
Customers with serious allergies should seek medical advice before use.

6. Orders & contract formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including:
• Suspected fraud
• Suspected resale
• Pricing errors
• Stock issues
• Abuse or harassment
 • Breach of these Terms
If payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

7. Pricing & VAT

All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you.

8. Payment

Payment must be received before dispatch.
We accept payment through Shopify-supported providers.
We do not store full card details.

9. Promotions & discount codes

Discount codes:
• May be limited to one per order
• Are not stackable unless stated
 • May expire or be withdrawn
We reserve the right to cancel orders where misuse is suspected.

10. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and Highlands/Islands.
Delivery options and fees are shown at checkout.
Risk transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided.
Deliveries may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour in accordance with courier procedures.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier disruption, or events beyond our control.

11. Returns & refunds

12. Subscriptions (Where Applicable)

If you choose to purchase a subscription product, you agree that your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis at the frequency and price displayed at checkout, unless you cancel before your next renewal date.

You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting us at hello@9amsaint.com

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date.

Once a subscription order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, our Returns & Refunds Policy will continue to apply.

We may change subscription pricing or subscription terms from time to time. Where required by law, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any material changes. Continued use of the subscription service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If we are unable to process a recurring payment, we may suspend or cancel your subscription until payment is successfully completed.

13. Customer accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach of these Terms.

14. Reviews & user content

By submitting content or reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and reproduce that content for marketing purposes.
We may remove content that is misleading, unlawful, abusive, or contains unverified health claims.

15. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, and materials belong to 9am Saint Ltd.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without permission.

16. Product responsibility & misuse

We are not responsible for harm or loss arising from:
• Failure to follow packaging instructions
• Exceeding recommended serving
• Failure to check allergens
• Combining products with other supplements without advice
• Use contrary to medical guidance
• Use by persons outside recommended age range
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability before use.

17. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any matter which cannot be excluded by law

Subject to this:
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• We are not liable for misuse or non-compliance with instructions
 • We are not liable for incompatibility with individual medical conditions
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

18. Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless 9am Saint Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of any product
• Failure to follow packaging instructions or warnings
• Failure to check ingredients or allergen information
• Use of products contrary to medical advice
• Any false, misleading, or inaccurate information provided by you
 • Any unlawful use of our website or services
This indemnity survives termination of these Terms.

19. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport failure, or supply disruption.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
The latest version will always be published on our website.

21. Complaints & dispute resolution

If something hasn't gone as expected, please email us at hello@9amsaint.com.
We want to put things right quickly and fairly.
Most concerns can be resolved with a simple conversation, and we'll always aim to do that before anything escalates further.

22. Assignment

We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a business sale or restructuring.
Your rights are unaffected.

23. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in force.

24. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with that policy.

25. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
